Abstract: This experiment has consisted in installing and running NONMEM IV on a PC workstation (under Unix SCO and LPI Fortran) in a clinical pharmacy department. Installation itself has showed only two problems with NMTRAN, rapidly resolved. Current uses are satisfactory: low cost, no tremendous increase of runs duration in our applications good pedagogical value, new contacts with other departments for inter hospital works.
