BAST Clinical Trial Simulator
The BAST CTS runs on an R/Shiny interface. It is applied to decisions regarding:
- Optimal clinical trial design.
- Adaptive designs.
- Strategic placement of interim analyses.
- Probability of reaching target.
- Discontinuation due to futility.
The BAST CTS will be set up by the BAST team. It can operate on an HPC system at BAST, or at a client’s site. The BAST team will enable client experts to run the CTS. The BAST CTS generates a complete report of all simulation work. Technical aspects of the BAST CTS have been presented as posters at recent PAGE and ACOP meetings.
